frequently asked questions

How & when do we book our date?

you're ready to book, yippee! to secure your wedding date, you'll sign a contract and pay a non-refundable retainer of 25% of your package price. I typically recommend booking 6 months - a year in advance to guarantee availability of your preferred date.

How long will it take to get our photos back?

typically, you can expect to receive your full gallery of edited photos within 6-8 weeks after your wedding. you will also receive a sneak peek within 72 hours of your wedding day to get a glimpse of the highlights from your day!

When is the final payment due?

final payments are due 1 month prior to your wedding day

What is your cancellation policy?

if a cancellation occurs after your wedding has been paid in full, the full amount, minus the retainer, will be refunded to you. the retainer is transferable, just not refundable. you are welcome to use your retainer towards a different wedding date.
